London, United Kingdom – 23rd January 2025 – CMS Distribution Ltd., a leading IT value-added distributor, today announced its recent integration of Cablenet Ltd. following the successful acquisition of the company in 2023. Established in 1997, Cablenet is a focused distributor of computer & network cabling products, based in Camberley in the United Kingdom. This strategic integration further strengthens CMS Distribution’s position as one of the UK’s leading specialist IT distributors.

The acquisition increases CMS Distribution’s workforce to over 500 employees globally, with a strong UK presence in London, Harrogate, Castleford, and now Camberley, alongside its international locations in China, Europe, and the USA.
